Our participatory and co-creative approach centers the people who build, use, and are affected by a product or program. This results in organizations that disrupt the status quo and deliver exceptional products and programs for their stakeholders and humanity. Smith Assembly's ultimate purpose is to co-create practices that enable as many people as possible in the world to thrive.
