What You Learn

Workplace Integration

From day one, we've been intentional about making JEDI a pillar of our business. We knew a lot about diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice before we founded Smith Assembly. Over the past few years, we’ve learned a great deal more about each of those topics as well as how to integrate JEDI into the workplace (especially after completing the B Corp certification process). That said, we’re human-centered innovation consultants. So, when we decided to add this lesson into our course, we hired a SHRM-SCP to co-create it with us.

Co-Created With A SHRM-SCP®

We’d like to introduce you to Robin Eastman, our co-creation partner for the workplace integration section of our workshop. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked for over a decade in HR and Social Work (the final four+ years of which for Amazon as a Leadership Development Program Specialist). Robin maintains her status as a SHRM-SCP through a variety of startup, educational, and volunteering initiatives.
