What It's Like
You need to learn about JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) and want to do so through a diverse and intercultural lens. In our workshop, after opening your mind in the hands-on activity, you'll learn how to navigate your discomfort, become a better ally, and cultivate a culture of accountability in your workplace.
You want your dollars to support social and environmental impact. Smith Assembly participates in 1% for the Planet, donates an additional 5% of our revenue every year to community-led and values-aligned nonprofits driving local innovation, is a Certified B Corporation™, and is a Certified WBE.
